Is having eagle as a logo for the start up firm a good sign?
Hi all, I am starting a civil engineering firm and planning to have eagle as a logo.Is it a good sign?Can i go for it?If not what type of logo can i go for?

- Eagle is always good as a logo, as it represents smart, swift and precision. But i know of the IAF & the Eagle Poonawala group who also have Eagle as their logo. Ensure that your logo si different from these twos.
- well it depends an eagle can be seen as many things etc soaring to success, flying alone.......you get me it d3pends what image you want your company to have. :) good luck
- an eagle symbolises hoarding things via its grip a keen eyesight soaring above the ordinary and hence it is a good idea for your firm logo
- I wouldn't use an eagle for two reasons: one, it doesn't really relate to civil engineering. Two, it is vastly over used. It is associated with too many things unrelated to your business. Instead, use symbols representative of the work your firm does. These can be stylized, or integrated with the company name or initials of the owners or other such items. But avoid overused images such as eagles.
